Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately for upgrades, or at the end of your billing cycle for downgrades. There are no long-term commitments.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
We offer a 7-day free trial on Plus and Premium viewer plans, and a 14-day free trial on Pro and Studio creator plans. No credit card required to start your trial.
How does the creator revenue share work?
Creators receive 70% (or 75% on Studio) of all revenue generated from their content — including subscription allocations, pay-per-view sales, and tip/support payments. Payouts are processed monthly with no minimum threshold.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and selected regional payment methods. Creator payouts are available via bank transfer, PayPal, and Stripe.
What happens to my content if I cancel my creator plan?
If you downgrade from a paid plan to Free, your content remains live but is subject to the storage limits of the Free plan. You retain full ownership of all uploaded content and can export it at any time.
